Mangaluru: Audio of much-awaited Harish Sherigar movie, 'March 22' set for July 20 release

Mangaluru, Jul 17: Audio of much-expected 'March 22' movie, which has been produced by well-known Dubai-based entrepreneur from here, Harish Sherigar, and his wife, Sharmila Sherigar, under the banner, 'ACME Movies International' and directed by veteran director, Kodlu Ramakrishna, will be released at a function being held in the city on July 20.

The audio will be released in the presence of several film stars at a function being held at Father Muller Convention Centre at Pumpwell in the city at 6 pm on Thursday July 20.

Veteran actor of Sandalwood, Anant Nag, who has portrayed an important role in the film, 'March 22', will release the audio at the said function. Actor, Ashish Vidyarthi, will release teaser of the songs of this film.

City mayor, Kavita Sanil, director of Fr Mullers Charitable Institutions, Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, president of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce, Sa Ra Govindu, well-known philanthropist, Harikrishna Punaroor, renowned neurologist from here, Dr K V Devadiga, managing director and chairman of A J Hospital, Dr A J Shetty, Dr Akhther Hussain of Yenepoya University, and M K Harishchandra of Marine Crafts Equipment, will take part in the function in the capacity of chief guests.

About 'March 22' that is making big news

India is home to so many religions and castes that are not found in any other country in the world. A unique feature of this film is that renowned NRI entrepreneur settled in Dubai, Padma Shri Dr B R Shetty, who happens to be a Kannadiga, has appeared in a song sequence. Anant Nag, Geetha, senior artistes like Ramesh Bhat, Sharat Lohitashwa, Ashish Vidyarthi, Sadhu Kokila, Jaijagadeesh, Vinaya Prasad, Padmaja Rao and several senior artistes are in the cast in the movie, in which Aryavardhan and Kiran Raj have appeared in the lead roles. Meghashree and Deepti Shetty, who have taken the roles of heroines in this movie, have given ample proof for their acting abilities. Kishore, Srujan Rai, Shanta Acharya, well-known theatre artistes from Dubai, Chidanand Poojary, Suvarna Satish and Deepti Shetty from Mangaluru, Prashobhita etc have acted in the movie, for which Manikant Kadri and Ravishekhar have provided music.
